2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase, booking or use of our consultancy services made through this website or via payment links we send (Stripe or PayPal). By confirming a booking you accept these Terms in full.

3. Services

We offer one-off or package-based consultancy (e.g., "START", “GROW”, “OPTIMIZE”). Full descriptions, duration and deliverables are shown on the Services page or communicated by email before payment.

4. Prices & taxes

All fees are shown in AED or EUR, exclusive of any applicable VAT or local taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before you place an order.

5. Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.
You may pay (a) by credit or debit card processed securely through Stripe, (b) via PayPal, or (c), when offered, through a private Stripe payment link we send you.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Client-initiated cancellation: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Late cancellation / no-show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or failure to attend are non-refundable.
LEA DIGITAL cancellation: If we need to reschedule, you may accept the new slot or request a full refund.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Delivery of services

Consultations are delivered remotely (video-call or phone) unless agreed otherwise. Recordings are not provided.

8. Intellectual property

All materials, strategies and documents we deliver remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them internally for your business only.

9. Limitation of liability

Our advice is provided “as-is” and based on information you supply. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be attempted amicably; failing that, it shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our website and supersedes previous versions.
